stephen Mondrowski has over 40 years of experience of operations and maintenance in the power and heavy industries.  Throughout his career he has gained valuable experience across a wide variety of roles including operations, project management, engineering and field maintenance through to marketing, business development, and senior leadership roles.

Over the years, he has developed an in depth understanding of the nuclear, conventional power generation, petrochemical, refining, and paper and pulp industries enabling him to support clients and introduce them to a broad spectrum of technical solutions in the form of engineered products and specialty services.  He has a strong track record in negotiating and delivering multi-million-dollar contracts managed across multiple customer sites.

Stephen is a Six-Sigma greenbelt and holds executive education qualifications in Mergers and Acquisitions from University Virginia Darden, holds a degree in Mechanical Design from Morrison Institute of Technology, and qualified under Conduct of Operations from British Nuclear.  He is a member of the American Nuclear Society, American Welding Society, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, NACE, and TAPPI.
